Adam Hossley gained over 37 years of dealership service technical and managerial training and experience at one of the largest Ford dealerships in the Southeast. He opened Gulf Coast AutoTech with the goal of providing dealership level expertise and repairs, but with the customer service you expect from a local and family-owned shop. We know there are a lot of shops where you can take your vehicle. To deliver the level and quality of service and earn your business, requires the right personnel and a customer centered workflow philosophy.
Though we specialize in the type of advanced diagnosis and repair that many customers associate with dealership service departments, we are a full service repair shop. If your A/C is blowing hot, you hear a noise in your front end, want a tuneup or your brakes are grinding, we diagnose and repair those issues, too.
Your time is valuable, and we encourage you to call and make an appointment for diagnosis and then service. With this system our customers, both consumer and commercial, have found we often complete the repair in far less time than a dealership and at a reasonable price. Diagnostic Tools

Our equipment can help diagnose multiple systems in your vehicle, including the check engine light and other warning lights such as the wrench, ABS and SRS (Safety Restraint System/Airbags).

Ford EcoBoost engines have known timing chain and cam phaser issues. We can often diagnose and complete the necessary repairs in a matter of days using improved Ford OEM parts.
